Governing law clause

• copy, retain, or otherwise access or use any information, including personal data about any other User in any way that is inconsistent with these Terms or your own applicable privacy policies or that otherwise violates the privacy rights of Users or third parties, or applicable law;
• rent, lease, resell, distribute, or use the The Write Technique for commercial purposes not allowed by these Terms, or otherwise exploit the The Write Technique in any unauthorized manner;
• infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or enable such infringement using the The Write Technique.
